Joseph is a sweet little old guy who is about 8 years old. He is very laid back, pleasant, easy going, well-behaved and just a joy. Which makes you wonder how such a good boy ended up in a crowded animal shelter in Bryant, Ark., skinny as a rail and suffering from heartworms. Luckily for Joseph there was room in the inn, and he is safe and happy in a BRBR foster home. He's being treated for the heartworms and will be healthy again soon. Joe is a small guy, about 40 pounds, but he has huge feet and a big bark. He doesn't bark often but when he does, you're surprised such a loud, deep bark came from him.
