This handsome red and white boy came out of the Shelbyville, Tenn, dog pound named Flash. But his foster dad has nicknamed him Happy becasue he wags his tail all the time and wears big dog smile all the time. He's 45 pounds of pure sunshine. Flash gets along great with his foster brothers and sisters. He's even nice to the cat. Flash is healthy, neutered, current on all vaccinations and housetrained.
